This is about so much more than mandating this vaccine. The language of these mandates and the associated punishments for not complying are simply un-American. It's time to stand up for our liberties and follow the constitution. Medical intervention in any form should be a matter of choice. What might follow if we allow this to continue? Seems a slippery slope. This is not anywhere near the clear cut situation that these mandates suggest. Much of respected, non-politically influenced science is being ignored. Our children are at no more risk from this virus as they are from the flu and any number of other things that can affect them. The best defense against covid is a development of natural immunity - if people have already had covid, which millions of us have - why would we mandate that they be vaccinated? It's a total waste of a vaccine - and not without risk. Vaccine injury from these vaccines is already higher that any other in history. And there is no possibility that there has been enough time to prove their safety - especially for our children. So might we not be best served to allow our children to develop immunity on their own? If the concerned adults are vaccinated, they should be safe -right? Communicable disease and death are and will continue to be a part of life. We are being challenged by what is becoming an endemic situation, but we will be better served to let the fear go. Accept it for what it is, educate ourselves to all of the science, and fight to maintain the right to make the decision as to what best suits us as individuals. And no matter what that choice is - work to get healthy! Let's put some focus there instead of on these irrational fears and mandates. Let's work to bring an end to the mass hysteria and get back to American life.
