If vaccines work then all vaccinated people are safe.  They don't have any inconveniences, no quarantining unless they have COVID, so the petitioner has a flawed request by mandating the vaccine. All she needs to do for her and her family is to be vaccinated.  Additionally, religious freedom is precious so giving it away for convenience is a shocking request and not her place to suggest.
