The COVID vaccine cannot be lumped in with those that are currently required for school entry. Those immunizations eradicate certain diseases - they are a "one and done" shot that provides protection for life and have been proven safe and effective over long periods of time. We already see that the current COVID vaccine lacks efficacy. It is highly likely this virus will be with us forever in various strains from year to year - no different from the flu, for which we do not mandate vaccination. I will NOT put an experimental drug into my child when the recovery rate for the virus is over 99%, and the current drug has proven to have limited effectiveness with many side effects. To require this vaccination for children is criminal. There is no understanding of the long term effects - who is ready to answer for that?
