The reason the Biden administration is endorsing employer and school mandated vaccinations is because it is unlawful. Waffly the government cannot force vaccinations. That is why they are shifting the responsibility to schools and employers.

also note that by mandating vaccines, the school system will be responsible for any ill affects or deaths as a result of the mandate.
