I do not wish to have the COVID 19 vaccine mandated for my children. I believe more research and FDA approval should be obtained before requiring this vaccine especially given the minimal symptoms and low numbers of children affected at this point. I support vaccines in general and do NOT support vaccine mandate for covid 19 at this time.
