No mandated vaccinations

Under 1-240.1 Code of Virginia - Rights of Parents-

A parent has a fundamental right to make decisions concerning the upbringing, education, and care of the parent's child.

A parent should not be forced to make the decision to unenroll their child from public schools due to an experimental and unreliable MRNA vaccination, which has not been proven to minimize symptoms of covid. Adverse reactions and deaths are affecting more of the under 18 population in Virginia than Covid is. Religious exemptions have always been allowed in public schools, however, with terminology such as "reasonable accommodations," parents would be forced to unenroll or opt for virtual. This is not equitable.

Where there is risk there should be choice. Do not mandate vaccines!
