Freedom is Not Irrational

Freedom of religion and the right to reject experimental treatments or any medical treatments are not irrational. Fearing an illness with a 99% survival rate that very rarely affects children is irrational. Ignoring the scientific facts surrounding natural immunity is irrational. Ignoring the fact that vaccinations do not stop people from spreading this virus is irrational. Trying to control the bodies of other people's children is irrational. Trying to force medical decisions on any human to make another feel safer is irrational. Those who want to take a more restrictive view and cautionary measures should have the choice to either do so or self-quarantine. But mocking the medical and religious rights and choices of another to get one's way is truly the behavior that is not only irrational but also un-American.
