The Case Against The Covid-19 Vaccine

We don't know any of the long-term side-effects. Vaccines typically go through about a decade of testing before being made publicly available, however we only received the DNA sequence for Covid-19 in January 2020 and the vaccines were approved in December. We shouldn't mandate it, subjecting citizens to a potential plethora of negative side-effects that citizens can't bring legal action against. Allow citizens to make the choice for themselves and continue testing the vaccine. If anti-vaxxers are worried about side-effects ten years down the road, let them wait for a vaccine that has been tested for a decade. The Covid-19 vaccine has failed to stop the Delta variant, as states with both high and low vaccination rates have hit record cases. What's stopping the virus from mutating enough to render the vaccine useless, leaving the vaccinated with side-effects and no protection?
