Description | This proposed regulation provides more comprehensive protection to employees in general industry work zones exposed to vehicular and equipment traffic covered by §§1910.269(p)(1)(ii), 1926.601(b), 1926.602(a)(9)(ii), and 1926.952(a)(3), and will provide the same degree of protection to employees in similar working conditions where vehicles and machinery with obstructed views to the rear are operating and are not otherwise covered by the above regulations. |
