Chapter Information
Description This policy prescribes the policies, procedures, and reimbursement provisions for the underground relocation of existing overhead utility facilities on selected transportation improvement projects. The Office of the Attorney General has found that this regulation is exempt from the APA under 9-6.14:4.1 B3(effective 10/1/01, 2.2-4002 B3).
State Authority Sections 33.2-210 and 33.2-348 , Code of Virginia .
Federal Authority None.
Exempt from APA Yes, changes to this chapter of the VA Administrative Code are exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act.
