Chapter Information
Description This regulation is Chapter III of the Urban Division Manual. The whole manual is intended to provide information to municipalities and VDOT users concerning the policies and procedures that have been developed to carry out the urban highway maintenance and construction programs established by Title 33.1 of the Code of Virginia. Chapter III deals with the specific policies and procedures for the Urban Construction Program. The Office of the Attorney General has determined that this regulation is exempt from the APA under Section 9-6.14:4.1B4(effective 10/1/01, 2.2-4002 B4).
