General Information

Action Summary	These regulations govern certain aspects of private management and operation of prison facilities; and ensure that basic services, programs, and conditions in private facilities are comparable with state facilities. The regulations also provide for administrative oversight of contract compliance, contract termination, access to facilities and other agreements regarding the relationship between the Commonwealth and the vendors.
