| Action Summary |
The amendments provide for the Governor's review of reimbursement actions; clarify the sequence for submitting and approving materials at various stages of a construction project; and clarify how construction projects can be completed and reimbursed in phases. Other amendments establish the regulatory basis upon which the Department may exercise its statutory responsibility to approve certain juvenile residential facilities, even when those facilities have been constructed without financial assistance from the Commonwealth. |
