General Information
Action Summary Chapters 17 and 18 of the 2026 Acts of the Assembly amended § 32.1-207 of the Code of Virginia, directing the Board of Health to permit migrant labor camps for a 12-month duration from the date of permit issuance instead of expiration on December 31 of each year. As a result of this legislation, the Board of Health must amend 12VAC-501-200 to align with § 32.1-207.
