General Information
| Action Summary | The Board for Contractors (the Board) is amending the Board for Contractors Regulations and the Individual License and Certification Regulations to revise language expressing the method by which renewal notices are delivered to regulants. The current regulation provides that renewal notices will be “mailed’ to licensees at the last known address of record. The amendment offered allows the Board to communicate more efficiently with licensees by allowing for other forms of delivery of renewal notices, including by email. | |||||||||||||||
