This action changes regulations consistent with Chapter 151 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly, which (1) permitted physician assistants appointed as medical examiners pursuant to Virginia Code 32.1-282 to practice without a practice agreement and (2) permitted physician assistants working in the field of orthopedics to use fluoroscopy. |
