The purpose of the proposed action is to amend the regulation in order to address changes from the agency Unemployment Insurance Modernization Project, in updating older Legacy and other systems, with newer technology, and corresponding revisions in process, as well as to address restructuring of agency resources due to budgetary and other constraints.
