The intent of this action is to amend the existing Chapter to incorporate reference to ยง 58.1-4100 and 11VAC5-90. The Self-Exclusion Program (11VAC5-60) was already in effect when 11VAC5-90 was promulgated, therefore, we are updating 11VAC5-60 to reflect the responsible-gaming-related language in conjunction with the following: |
