Action Summary This regulatory action incorporates the requirements of HB2137, which passed during the 2021 General Assembly. These regulations provide a paid sick leave benefit to attendants who provide personal care, respite, or companion services to Medicaid-eligible individuals through the consumer-directed model of service.
