The Real Estate Board is amending existing regulations to conform to SB 1406, enacted by the General Assembly during the 2021 Special Session I. This action conforms the regulations to the law limiting dissemination of criminal history record information and clarifies that convictions for certain misdemeanor marijuana offenses are not to be disclosed to the agency. |
