General Information
Action Summary Repeal of an existing regulation. Per HB19, signed during the 2020 General Assembly session, the Department of Elections is no longer required to produce and distribute voter photo IDs for the public. This repeal removes a defunct process for the Department.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
