General Information
Action Summary This regulation guarantees that logic and accuracy testing is conducted on electronic pollbooks prior to the election for which those pollbooks will be used. This will guarantee that the election pollbooks are accurate and secure on Election Day, preventing disruptions to voting on Election Day.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
