General Information
Action Summary DMAS has incorporated changes to the state plan text related to the Drug Utilization Review Program in accordance with the requirements of the Support Act (Public Law No. 115-271). The changes include Support Act provisions related to: claims review limitations; a program to monitor antipsychotic medications by children; fraud and abuse identification; and Medicaid managed care organizations requirements. This regulatory action incorporates the same changes into the Virginia Administrative Code.
