| Action Summary | This regulatory action establishes the Certified Automatic Fire Sprinkler Inspector program, as mandated by Chapter 726 of the 2019 Acts of Assembly. Evidence of ability and proficiency will be accomplished by national certification or another Board-approved program. Fees will be equivalent to those in place for other individual licenses. Continuing education will be a condition of renewal and must be completed from a Board-approved education provider. |
