| Action Summary |
Currently, 3VAC5-70-220 includes the regulations that govern wine or beer shipper’s licenses and Internet wine retail licenses. During the 2018 General Assembly session, SB 695 created an Internet beer retailer license, establishing the privileges of and fee for the license, and defining “Internet beer retailer license.” The amendments are made to demonstrate that the regulations also apply to Internet Beer Retailer licensees. |
