| Action Summary |
This regulatory action adds ‘licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner’ in the definition of licensed mental health professional (LMHPs). There are no projected costs to these changes. This change is made at the request of the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) to create alignment between that agency’s regulations and these DBHDS regulations for all staff qualifications for reimbursement purposes |
