| Action Summary |
The regulations, authorized by § 23.1-2912 of the Code of Virginia, govern use of funds under the Virginia Vocational Incentive Scholarship Program for Shipyard Workers. The regulations are being amended to provide needed clarity and guidance for Tidewater Community College in the administration of the program and include 1) updating terminology to ensure proper administration of the program, 2) incorporating changes to the authorizing law, and 3) providing administrative guidance. |
