The proposed regulation changes will amend the regulation so that it includes Parts One, One A, Two, Two A, and Three of the Rules of Supreme court as applying to all proceedings under the Wine and Beer Franchise Acts. It also includes mediation as one of the proceedings subject to the aforementioned Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia. |
