The proposed amendment brings the regulation into compliance with ยง 2.2-4007.02 of the Code of Virginia. Amendment to 22VAC40-12-50, Public Comment, provides that persons wishing to submit data, views and arguments related to a regulatory action shall be afforded the opportunity to be accompanied by and represented by counsel or other representative.
