| Action Summary | The regulatory change will bring the Minimum Standards for Licensed Family Day-Care Systems into conformity with ยง 63.2-100 of the Code of Virginia, to comply with House Bill 1570 and Senate Bill 1168 (2015). The legislation lowered the licensure threshold for family day homes. |
