Action:
Amendments to Improve Application Integrity
[Withdrawn 2/16/2017]
Reason for Withdrawal
Due to anticipated legislative action resulting from the 2017 General Assembly Session—including a statutory amendment to allow contractor applicants the option to demonstrate financial integrity by submitting a surety bond (SB 1113)—several regulatory proposals in this action may no longer be necessary. A new action will be submitted based on revised data at an appropriate time as warranted.
