The Department of Medical Assistance Services shall amend its regulations, subject to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval, to strengthen the qualifications and responsibilities of the Consumer Directed Service Facilitator to ensure the health, safety and welfare of Medicaid home and community-based waiver enrollees. |
