Action Summary |
This action repeals two obsolete VDOT regulations concerning adminstration of the centralized fleet of passenger vehicles, which had previously been transferred from VDOT responsibility to the Department of General Services. Chapter 485 of the 2013 Acts of Assembly was passed to allow VDOT to repeal its regulations concerning the subject when DGS established guidance documents for fleet management rather than regulations. |
