These regulatory changes will bring the Standards and Regulations for Licensed Adult Day Care Centers nto conformity with changes made to ยงยง 63.2-1702 and 63.2-1707 of the Code of Virginia by the 2013 Session of the General Assembly (Chapters 182 and 545 of the 2013 Acts of Assembly).
Subdivision B 1 of 22VAC40-60-90, which required the licensee to give evidence of financial responsibility, is deleted. Due to this deletion, the remaining text is re-numbered.
Subsection 7 of 22VAC40-60-120, which required the licensee to ensure sound financial management of the center, is deleted.
Subsection 22VAC40-60-130, which required the initial applicant to provide to the department evidence of financial responsibility, including a projected budget for the first year of operation, complete balance sheet, and documentation of funds or credit available for the first 90 days of operation, is repealed.
