| Action Summary |
The amendments to this chapter are being made in accordance with the Governor’s Regulatory Reform Initiative. These amendments are intended to eliminate technical rules regulating actual live horse racing at race meetings licensed by the Commission that are no longer in use and also reduce unnecessary burdens on individuals, businesses, and other regulated groups. |
