General Information
Action Summary Promulgated rules, implement changes and or technical amendments to Virginia State Police Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Title 19 Chapter 20, of the Virginia Administrative Code to comply with changes in the controlling Federal Motor Carrier Regulations (49 CFR Part 390, sections 390-397) as permitted by 52-8.4 of the Code of Virginia. Typographical and date changes only.
