| Action Summary |
This action will repeal the Revenue-Sharing Program Policy (24VAC30-281) due to changes made to the authorizing statute during the 2011 legislative session. Due to the statutory revisions, the existing regulation will be in conflict with state law after July 1, 2011. Program administration will be performed through new Revenue Sharing Program Guidelines, which were approved by the CTB in April of 2011. The Office of the Attorney General has determined that the Guidelines are a "Guidance Document" as defined by the Administrative Process Act, rather than a regulation. |
