This is a joint action to repeal the existing regulation, 22VAC40-120, Minimum Standards for Licensed Family Day-Care Systems, and replace with a new regulation, 22VAC40-121, Standards for Licensed Famiy Day Systems. The new regulation will improve clarity and consistency and provide greater protection for children in care. |
