| Action Summary |
The recodification of Title 3.1, which became effective October 1, 2008, makes it necessary to update any Title 3.1 reference in the regulation with the new Title 3.2.
This regulatory action will make the following changes:
Section 10 - Delete the references to §§ 3.1-530.3 and 3.1-530.4 and replace them with §§ 3.2-5207 and 3.2-5208, respectively.
Section 31 - Delete the references to §§ 3.1-420 through 3.1-424, §§ 3.1-530.1 through 3.1-530.11 or §§ 3.1-531.1 through 3.1-545.1 and replace them with § 3.2-5200, §§ 3.2-5201 through 3.2-511 or §§ 3.2-5218 through 3.2-5233.
