| Action Summary |
The changes to these two sections of Chapter 110 are being made to conform to the Model Rules of Racing published by the Association of Racing Commissioners International. By conforming to the Model Rules, it will be easier for horsemen from other jurisdictions to race their horses in Virginia and also make the regulations for the Coupling of Entries fairer for the participants. |
