OSHA rescinded its 1996 amendments which incorporated the national consensus standards regulating the testing of Roll-Over Protective Structures (ROPS) used to protect operators of wheel-type tractors and restores OSHA’s originally developed standards. Minor non-substantive changes to improve readability and understanding were also added. |
