Action Summary |
The purpose of this action is to carry out the mandate of Chapter 380 of the 1999 Acts of Assembly which requires the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to promulgate emergency regulations to designate the violations for which a waiver of hearing and payment of a civil charge in lieu of suspension would be accepted for a first offense occurring within three years immediately preceding the date of the violation. |
