The purpose of this action is to carry out the mandate of Chapter 98 of the 1999 Acts of Assembly, which require the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to promulgate emergency regulations to prescribe the terms and conditions under which credit and debit cards may be accepted from licensees for purchases at government stores |
