Action Summary |
The purpose of the proposed action is to (i) clarify storage requirements for alcoholic beverages used for culinary pruposes; (ii) eliminate certain reporting requirements for industrial and hospital permittees; (iii) increase the record retention period for licensees from two to three years; (iv) permit the use of electronic data interchange programs; (v) allow wholesalers to offer different prices to on-premises and off-premises retailers; (vi) allow manufacturers to make gifts of alcoholic beverages for certain public events; and (vii) provide a schedule of penalties for first violations of certain statutes or regulations. |
