Action Summary The proposed amendment to the Antidegradation Policy, part of the state’s Water Quality Standards, would designate portions of Big Run, Doyles River, East Branch Naked Creek, East Hawksbill Creek, Jeremys Run, North Fork Thornton River, and Piney River for special protection as Exceptional State Waters.
