General Information
Action Summary The purpose of the proposed action is to develop regulation amendments which conform to state law concerning: the on road testing (remote sensing) of emissions from motor vehicles located or primarily operated in Northern Virginia and out of area commuters, the subsequent testing of those motor vehicles, and the operation of a program to subsidize repair costs of some vehicles identified by remote sensing.
