Action Summary The purpose of this rulemaking is to develop a regulation unique to the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Program (VOSH) that will make the Construction Industry safety requirements for electrical transmission workers identical to the current federal identical General Industry regulation counterpart, 16 VAC 25-90-1910.269(l)(2)(i).
