The board is amending sections of its regulations for substance abuse counseling to update the Code reference to the Freedom of Information Act. Prior to recodification of the Act, the Code cite in 18 VAC 115-30-140 B 6 and in 18 VAC 115-60-130 B 18 was § 2.1-342 B 3; the same Code cite after recodification effective October 1, 2001 should be § 2.2-3704. |
