Amendment of Sections 50 and 100 to conform to changes in State law.

The amendment will incorporate provisions of state law which require local governments to review permit applications for new, individual VPDES permits to discharge sewage, industrial waste or other wastes before an application is deemed complete and provides 30 days, instead of 45, for the review. |
