Action Summary This regulatory action (i) proposes amendments to 2 VAC 5-620 to reflect certain amendments to the Comprehensive Animal Care Law enacted by the General Assembly in Chapter 464 of the 2021 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I and (ii) proposes additional clarifying amendments.
